Job Summary: We are looking for an SCM Support Coordinator to manage our supply chain management ticket system. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management and instrumentation products.
Primary responsibilities:
❖ Experience with SCM ticket systems or similar tools.
❖ Apply in-depth knowledge of supply chain management to address and resolve support tickets effectively.
❖ Utilize hands-on experience with instrumentation products to provide accurate support and solutions.
❖ Efficiently in ticket management to manage and prioritize support tickets within the SCM system, ensuring timely resolution.
❖ Deliver prompt and effective responses to user inquiries and issues, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
❖ Regularly update and expand the knowledge base with relevant articles, FAQs, and guides to assist users.
❖ Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall system performance.
❖ Continuously monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
❖ Facilitate clear and effective communication between users and support teams, ensuring smooth operations.
❖ Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
❖ Maintain a strong understanding of supply chain processes and terminology to provide accurate support.
