- Ensure implementation of all relevant company SOPs.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks and related hardware and software systems.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including operating systems, applications and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure data integrity.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular back-ups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and maintain business continuity.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT related issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research and recommend upgrades or enhancements to IT systems and infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices in IT administration.
- Source and purchase IT hardware and software.
- Collaborate with vendors to order supplies, negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
- Negotiate and renew annual maintenance contracts with vendors for IT systems, networks and infrastructure.
- Maintain secure and organized hard copy and digital files of all vendor contracts, AMCs and other vendor related documents.
- Manage the configuration, customization and administration of the SFA system to meet the company’s requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into SFA system functionalities and workflows.
- Perform system upgrades, patches and enhancements to ensure that the SFA system remains current and efficient.
- Develop and maintain user access controls, security settings and data integrity protocols within the SFA system.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SFA system functionalities, processes and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions and downtime.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics to track key performance metrics and support decision making.
- Work with external vendors and implementation partners to resolve technical issues and deliver new developments.
- Document SFA system configurations, processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system automation.
