Responsibilities• Marketing Plan & Promotions
i. Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated
products.
ii. Design and pretest promotional tools of the brand plans with Doctors,
Consumers and get the buy in of field force for a comprehensive execution of
marketing plan to accelerate demand and sales of allocated products.
iii. Roll out market research studies for key projects to identify effective
promotional campaigns & get the new brand launch strategy / communication
right – to meet the requirements of the target audience, gain strategic insights
& communication testing for new launches.
iv. Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items.
• Field Support
i. Provide timely motivational communication to the field staff, gauge market
feedback and follow-up on successful implementation of the promotional plans
and activities.
ii. Analyze sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
iii. Conduct field work to demonstrate the plans and gain primary customer
feedbacks.
iv. Liaise with Medical & Regulatory; respond to queries of field staff and medical
practitioners.
• New Product Launch
i. Analyze market research data, identify gaps in product portfolio, draft, and
present proposal for new product launch, execute launch plan to launch new
products to increase market share.
ii. Coordinate the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.
iii. Liaise with MTO, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Distribution to emerge with
quality products supported with appropriate scientific evidence
• Training.
i. Analyze training needs of the field team, liaise with Medical Team, design, and
support training programs to upgrade field skills of the field team in terms of
disease and product knowledge and brand strategy.
• Profit Improvement:
i. Liaise with MTO, Regulatory and Finance to explore opportunities and avenues
to improve profit contribution.3• Networking
i. Establish contact with Regional counterparts of assigned portfolio, exchange
marketing information, migrate best practices to improve overall market share
(of affiliate).
• External
i. Liaise and co-ordinate with external agencies, vendors etc. for various
promotional campaigns, launch plans and various marketing activities.

• Documentation
i. Contribute to collating, compiling of documents and submit reports and liaise
with corporate team to gain, share, and utilize global learnings to affiliate
operations.
