Position Title: E Procurement Tool Administration Support – ARIBA P2P Summary: We are seeking for an experienced professional to provide administrative support for our e-procurement tool, Ariba P2P. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the system’s integrity, ensuring smooth operations, and providing user support. Business impact: In this role, you will have the opportunities to work in an international environment – Procurement Excellence having clients from across Festo Globe. You will be responsible for • Functional Expertise across Ariba modules Buying/ Guided Buying and SAP FIORI (Purchasing) • 1st or/ and 2nd Level Support in a Service Desk for Festo Europe, APAC and Americas Ariba and Fiori (Purchasing) users. • Create, track and manage Ariba technical issue cases with SAP Ariba service organisation via Ariba Connect • Monitoring and supporting internal customer issues with error messages and general functional questions and requests with a ticketing tool • Manage and support Ariba catalogues and consult end user on technical solution and give guidance in application. • Enhance training documents for the modules of SAP Ariba Buying/ Guided Buying/ Fiori (Purchasing) and train end users. • Monitor and report P2P related KPIs to global procurement. • Master data maintenance in SAP S4 and Ariba Buying with advanced administration rights. • Maintenance of Ariba Buying and Fiori PR approval workflows based on user requirements and specifications. • Identify potentials for further optimization of the Purchase-to-Order process in SAP Ariba Buying/ Guided Buying and Fiori Qualifications for the role • University degree in Business Administration or IT related background • Min. 3 to 4 years of experience in indirect purchasing processes in a consultant focused role for SAP, Ariba, Fiori or other platform • Very good understanding of the technical set up and functional process in order to forward errors/ requests to the corresponding department for further support (3rd tier communication) • IT affinity: Knowledge E-Procurement-Tools, preferably SAP Ariba Buying/ Guided Buying including Catalog Management and SAP FIORI • Procure to order (P2O) process of know-how. • Strong ability to work independently, team player & self-managed. • Experience in working for support desk for a big company is beneficial. • Very good communication skills esp. in an international environment • Very good verbal and written English skills strongly required.
