▪ Ensure that product training, support, and ongoingeducation is conducted effectively to achieve aconsistent customer message to the market.
▪ Grow accounts and territory sales results, with a focus on driving consumable sales.
▪ Demonstrate exemplary product knowledge, andkeep abreast of relevant clinical papers and research
▪ Develop sales and territory management plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager to ensure efficiency and appropriate utilisation of resources and time for maximum market impact.
▪ Maintain a high level of customer service whenaddressing customer enquiries/concerns through professional discussion, negotiation and conflictresolution to achieve a mutually satisfying result.
▪ Attend trade exhibitions and conventions to provide information and education about FPHproducts and their uses, and to build relationships with existing and prospective customers. This mayKnowledge, Skills & Experience▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
▪ Tertiary qualification.
▪ Preferred experience of 3+ years’ medical device sales experience (or related medical sales field).
▪ Knowledge of respiratory physiology or medical industry required.
▪ Articulate and engaging presentation skills.
▪ Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
▪ Strong organisation, time management and territory management skills.
▪ Exemplary customer service skills with an ability to grow and nurture customer relationships.
▪ Demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including Microsoft office as well as CRM systems.
▪ Current Indian Driver’s Licence
