of payments and support the healthcare system by ensuring its financial stability.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Achieving Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to
contribute to the company's revenue goals. This includes generating new business and
maintaining existing accounts.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through research, networking, and cold calling.
Making contact and qualifying: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified
leads.
Sales coordination: Develop relationship with qualified leads to arrange for meetings
with onshore business development team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives
and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
5-10 years of experience in a US Sales and Marketing role is required.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare or RCM industry.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
