SALES HEAD
Position Overview:
The Sales Head will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing strategies that directly contribute to the revenue and growth of the organization. 2. Market Penetration and Expansion
The individual will be expected to expand the company's presence in both existing and new markets. This includes identifying opportunities for entering untapped markets and implementing strategies to increase market share in competitive landscapes. By thoroughly researching and evaluating potential markets, the person will oversee initiatives that allow for diversification and reduce reliance on existing customer bases.
3. Customer Acquisition and Retention
A critical aspect of this role will be growing the company’s customer base while ensuring high retention rates.
