Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to handle customer inquiries, quotation follow-ups, order management, and negotiations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proficiency in Advanced Excel and SAP. This role requires close coordination with internal teams and customers to ensure seamless order processing and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiry Handling & Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and technical details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide timely resolutions to customer queries and ensure a smooth communication flow.
2. Quotation Follow-Up & Order Management:
- Prepare and send quotations to customers as per company pricing policies.
- Follow up on pending quotations and convert inquiries into orders.
- Manage order processing, tracking, and timely coordination with production & dispatch teams.
- Ensure accuracy in SAP order entries and sales documentation.
3. Negotiation & Sales Closure:
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet customer-specific requirements.
- Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful orders.
4. Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel to analyze sales trends and order status.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: B.Tech (EE, ME ) / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in sales, marketing, or order management.
