2. Customer Engagement:
o Greet customers warmly and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
o Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and offering
appropriate products and solutions.3. Sales Targets:
o Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
o Upsell and cross-sell products to increase overall sales.
4. Merchandising:
o Arrange merchandise to highlight and promote key products and promotions.
o Ensure that product displays are attractive and stocked according to company
standards.
5. Reporting:
o Keep records of sales and other information.
o Report daily sales figures and customer feedback to the management team.JOB DESCRIPTION6. Collaboration:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
