- Ensure that IMS’s achieve the required daily performance, quality improvement initiatives and other customer satisfaction measures. Build a culture that stops to fix problems, get quality right the first time and systematically solve root cause problems. Challenge current business processes and support team to eliminate waste by reducing non-value added activities. Focus on the value stream and develop a “pull” system throughout the supply chain.
