Must have skills: communication , co-ordination, excel proficiency, mis reporting experience The primary responsibility will be :
* Sales co-ordination for sales order processing with various stakeholders like Sales head, Regional head, Seller team, Supply chain and Finance.
* Co-ordination with distributors for payments and order processing , also assist in vehicle arrangement.
* Sales tracker and KCPL tracker to maintained as per decided intervals for the seller team and organization.
* Co-ordination with distributors for claim submission and share a weekly tracker of posted claims and rejection of claims along with the reasons for rejection.
* Sending email communications to distributor and seller team for reminder of price arrangements in system.
* Apart from this whatever add on responsibilities that the Business head and Regional Sales head would assign will have to be taken care of.
