- Ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and reporting of royalties.
- Perform financial reconciliation of royalty payments.
- Analyze trends in royalty payments and contracts to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to royalties.
- Contract Management & Compliance:
- · Review and interpret royalty agreements to ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions.
- · Perform risk analysis and recommend alternatives to mitigate financial and contractual risks.
- Agile Process & Continuous Improvement:
- · Apply Agile methodologies to implement process efficiencies and improvements.
- · Participate in planning sessions, retrospectives, and other agile practices to deliver tactical and transformations outcomes.
