JOB DESCRIPTION
• Reporting to – National Sales Head
• Designation as per total work experience
• Qualification: Graduation / PG (Preferably Sales, Finance, Marketing)
• Experience: 8 to 16 years in the MF, AMC or PMS, AIF, Distribution.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
• Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by developing strong relationships with large National Distributors, Banks.
• Sales & Advisory:
• Sell PMS products to HNI, Banking, Non-Banking, Institutional, and Offshore Investors, providing strategic investment advisory services.
• Work closely with key intermediaries, including SCB, HDFC, MOSL, Kotak Privy, Aditya Birla, IDFC, RBL, Fisdom, Yes Bank, Tata Capital, IndusInd, Edelweiss, and others.
• Market Penetration & Brand Building:
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence at both the investor and distributor levels.
• Conduct technical and soft-skill training for partners and distribution channels to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance:
• Ensure smooth operations at the branch level, adhering strictly to compliance norms and regulatory guidelines.
