• Ability to Identify risks using data, analytics, and industry trends to pinpoint potential threats.
• Awareness about setting up risk measures / KRI design, tolerance, and thresholds.
• Exposure to Incident Management
• Manage incidents and ensure adherence to risk policies, procedures, and internal controls (RCSA).
• Exposure to business process control environment (Assurance & Oversight framework)
• Collaborate across teams and document findings and align risk management strategies with business goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and business teams regarding audit requirements.
• Analyze audit reports i.e., SOC and SOX and coordinate with business teams for effective closure of any audit findings.
