Analyze lease expirations, move-out trends, and demand patterns to strategically manage apartment availability.
Generate detailed reports on revenue performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to improve profitability.
Work closely with the Ops to educate them on pricing strategies and ensure effective communication with prospective tenants.
Utilize revenue management and PMS software to analyze data, set pricing, and monitor performance.
Develop and manage the property's revenue budget, tracking performance against targets.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Strong proficiency in data analysis, including interpreting trends and drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
Understanding financial principles, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
Effective communication to collaborate with the leasing team, property management, and senior leadership.
Have superb time management skills
Deep understanding of the local rental market, including competitor analysis and market dynamics.
Proficiency with revenue management software and data analysis tools as well as fluency in utilizing a PMS. (AIRM, Yieldstar, and Yardi experience are preferred)
Technologically sound with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to compute complex mathematical calculations
Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written English
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years of Multifamily Residential Revenue Management.
