Requirements Responsibilities: • Responsible for RFI/RFQs • Should have strong knowledge in Product Development Life Cycle • Should have strong knowledge in DFMEA • Awareness of Functional Safety Requirements (ISO26262) • System Architecture, Identification of Vehicle Interfaces • UML Design – Using Tool Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, MATLab Modelling • Systems & Software Requirement capturing. • Ensures each APQP milestones are met for projects being managed. • Ensures BOM costs are properly maintained for projects being managed. • Facilitate solving development conflicts with other projects, department or the outside. • Ensures that the department design processes and practices are followed • Responsible for group members’ skill development. • Responsible for balancing group members’ workload • Manage priorities for the teams’ ensuring timely task completion • Manage solving program development issues and avoid recurring program issues. • Responsible for hiring and training of group associates. • Responsible for forecasting and managing the group and project budget. • Domain Background – Instrument Panel Cluster, ADAS, CDC, Infotainment.
