Key Accountabilities: - General Ledger and RTR: • Accurate and Timely Financial Reporting: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the General Ledger, including month-end reconciliations and timely reporting. • Oversee RTR Processes: Lead the Record to Report team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions, from source data to financial statements. • Maintain Strong Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent errors and fraud, including segregation of duties and regular account reconciliations. • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the RTR process. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. • Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the general ledger. • Bank Reconciliations and Journal Entries: Oversee bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounting processes. • Standardization of GL Processes: Promote and implement standardization of GL processes. • Archive Records: Archive records to satisfy audit, tax and statutory requirements. • Maintain good working relationships: Maintain good working relationships with internal customers/Regional Team Members
