• Visual Inspection & Functional testing of parts.
• Implements Batch Manufacturing Record, Batch Packing Record on identified lines for inspection.
• Able to follow standards for streamlining the visual verification process for leaded assembly. Visual inspection (100%) of testing and assembly lines on floor for product quality (functional and aesthetic both). They will select few lines daily for inspections which are critical for them.
• Implements Batch Manufacturing Record, Batch Packing Record on identified lines for inspection.
• Able to follow standards for streamlining the visual verification process for leaded assembly (Good knowledge and experience of Leaded assembly processes which are required for 0 error in production along with IPC standard).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in quality inspection within the mechanical or aerospace industry.
- Experience with handheld inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Work instruction preparation, training inspectors on inspection process, supervision on PDI activity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise Inspection Record Sheets (IRS).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
