Central Quality Team. Then Quality clearance of that material
through SAP.
2) In process Quality Inspection To monitor all In-process checks
regarding to assembly which is performed by production team as
per SOP. To perform Quality witness/verification at some stages
of assembly according to QCPIR. Final review/checks (PDCL) of
dispatch product before sending to installation. System
clearance of dispatching product through SAP.
3) Documentation Maintain all the testing and in process check
related documents of machine and uploading all the documents
in SAP via different Tcodes. 4) Non-conformity analysis
Scrutinizing the non-conformities which are encountered during
Incoming and In process inspection in product in order to
ameliorate the Quality and product reliability. To create
notification of that material in SAP and rejected the same.
5) Incoming & Inprocess QAP preparation, SOP or WI preparation
for any process.
6) Create PR for Quality related activities or Instruments
procurement & Also knowledge of PR PO process.
7) Calibration Conducting the In-house and external calibration of
measuring instruments as per the periodic schedule in order to
maintain the validity and quality status of instruments.
8) ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, SPP Auditor, Coordinator MR
