and accuracy against scope of work.
• Perform and/or review dimensional fit / tolerance analysis.

• Compares material sizes detailed on fabrication drawings to product’s availability & size
parameters.
• Checks bill of materials on fabrication drawings to include standard items and correct packing
quantity.
• Participates in engineering review meetings.
• Maintains list of jobs completed within the engineering department and common errors for
efficiency and performance improvement opportunities.
• Review and evaluate mechanical designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure
compliance with established standards and best practices. Provide notations and feedback to
team members so necessary corrections are made to designs and reference materials.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify design issues and provide guidance and expertise
to improve overall engineering processes.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on engineering documents and provide feedback to ensure
accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Responsible for final checking of fabrication and approval drawings prepared by detailers prior to
releasing for production.
• Review customer-provided delivery schedule and plan to complete the review; If any
discrepancies, discuss with appropriate project team member(s).
