This role is crucial in ensuring world-class product quality, enhancing vendor capabilities, and leading new product development (NPD) projects across our Insert Division.

You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to uphold our commitment to ISO 9001 standards and deliver innovative, high-performance solutions.

1. Key Responsibilities

• ISO 9001 Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain and improve quality documentation systems across all Indian sites.
• Vendor Development & Quality Improvement:
  Enhance supplier capabilities through process audits, training, and quality system improvements.
• Product & Process Quality Management:
  Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection rates and improve raw material quality.
• Customer Complaint Handling:
  Investigate and resolve customer complaints while ensuring warranty compliance and satisfaction.
• Lead NPD Projects:
  Coordinate trials, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth handover of new products to production.
