Qualifications and Educational Requirement Master’s / MBA in Human Resource Administration. Minimum 2 years of work experience as HR Generalist (preferable in Biotech/ Pharma industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of theorganization. Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.Desired Qualities Strong knowledge in OneDrive, MS
