Procurement strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to optimize costs,
maintain quality, and reduce supply chain risks
Sustainable procurement, CSR, Green electricity approach
Supplier evaluation: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, and negotiating
contracts
Inventory management: Analysing demand patterns, forecasting future needs, and
managing inventory levels in coordinating with PPC and Stores
Procurement rules: Developing procurement rules and regulations, and establishing
guidelines for price quotes, bids, and vendors
Quality assurance: Ensuring the quality of procured items, and addressing problems
when they arise
Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as finance and
production/projects/Maintenance/HR & Admin
Documentation: Preparing proposals and detailed documentation of
purchases/Agreements/contracts w.r.t LOA & DOA
Training: Hiring and training new staff
... Technical tools: Utilizing technical tools to analyse data and increase responsiveness
to material demands
Auditing: Overseeing auditing processes to ensure procurement and recordkeeping
comply with applicable industry
Tax, Advances and legal compliance & monitoring with all external agencies on
periodical basis and report to management

Skills & Education and Experience:
Analytical, MS office, SAP – Data analysis for strategy and MIR and reporting.
Knowledge of purchasing policies, processes, and procedures – ISO, GMP, EMS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn new software/processes
Graduation
Relevant experience with min 12 to 15 yrs
