providers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in EPR system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Create product bundles in EPR system (after approval) with a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred but not
mandatory).
• 2+ years of proven experience in purchasing, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management software is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with vendors and
internal teams.• A take-charge attitude with a problem-solving mindset—able to anticipate challenges and act
before they become issues.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential—this role requires someone who can manage time
effectively and be consistently available during work hours.
