Key Responsibilities:-US Govt Experience : Candidate must have US Govt contract writing experience (Federal, State, Local) Mandatory.Proposal Coordination and Bid Management Support: Lead the proposal development process for the US market, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring bid management best practices are followed.Market Research: Review services, and business ideas, and identify opportunities for proposal writing. Conduct in-depth research on clients to develop compelling and detailed proposalsContent Development: Develop, revise, and maintain content to create custom and compliant sales proposals, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, SoWs, and proactive sales proposalsData Management: Organize and store data for future research projects and support cross-functional teams with data management.
Responsibilities also include (but are not limited to)
⦁ Ownership of the preferred provider Requests for Proposal (RFP) process, and other multi-practice pitch and proposal opportunities from evaluation and planning through submission.
⦁ Working with finance, marketing, BD/sales, and other firm personnel in the evaluation, planning, development, and execution of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and presentations.
⦁ Producing proposal documents, including identifying the most applicable content, editing existing content, and drafting new content when needed.
⦁ Develop, draft, and deliver compelling and creative proposals designed to differentiate the firm.
⦁ Act as a resource to business development personnel in identifying and implementing best practices for each pitch opportunity.
⦁ Tracking and reporting of opportunity outcomes.
⦁ Working on post-award presentations & attending pre-proposal events/conferences.
⦁ Must have worked in US shift timings. Mandatory.
⦁ Must have worked with US IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation companies. Mandatory.
⦁ Candidate must be based out of Mumbai. Mandatory.
⦁ Candidate must have worked with US Federal and State Govt. clients. Mandatory. Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in computer science.
⦁ Minimum of five (5) years of proposal writing or related experience for the US markets (Mandatory)
⦁ Proficient in a range of computer software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT etc.)
⦁ Familiarity with a variety of writing styles, and strong editing skills.
⦁ Strong client service mindset and ability to establish and maintain effective direct working relationships with partners of the firm.
⦁ High attention to detail in written communications and excellent time management and organizational skills.
⦁ Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities.
⦁ Ability to work in an environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
