15. Coordinate & arrange tender fees, EMD, CPBG, PBG, etc, and support HOD on contract
management activities post-tender award.
16. Keep updating various reports on tenders related to gas sectors on a routine basis to
support future business.

2. Provide cost estimates during the change process and advise of the cost impact of
changes. Track and monitor activity
3. Work with stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate and to make appropriate
adjustments and resolve issues
4. Analyse supplier quotes and provide information and data, which aids communications
with suppliers and customers and achieves cost optimization.
5. Ensure supplier quotations meet ‘should cost’ estimates
6. Support supplier meetings and negotiations to challenge quotation prices and aim for
cost reductions to meet target costs
7. Support and utilize experience to aid best practices in the supplier process in conjunction
with members of the purchasing team
