JOB SUMMARY
- The incumbent will be responsible to co-ordinate key procurement projects & to track them to completion as per allocated time and resources. He/she will also be required to bring out procurement related insights through data analysis. He/she will be responsible to track key metrics through building & maintaining data pipelines & dashboards for visualization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Project Management Office (PMO) for all procurement related projects including digitalization, value engineering, new launches, packaging restage etc
- Responsible to collate and priortize digitalization project implementation in procurement
- Driving excellence across procurement activities
- Responsible for preparation of presentations for procurement related reviews and updates
- Ensure availability of SOPs required for smooth functioning of the department
- Ensure governance of all procurement SOPs and adherence to defined processes
- Manage up-to-date vendor scorecards across categories to monitor their performance.
- Gather data, develop insights & build dashboards for procurement related metrics
- Work with IT to develop insightful dashboards to monitor KPIs and project updates for management and work with stakeholders to find and understand deviations and drive improvement
- Act as a bridge between auditors and internal stakeholders to close the non conformities, if any
- Coordinate with MDM to ensure data hygiene in JDE, ANAPLAN, Qliksense and other IT tools
- Act as a bridge between PRI & PR HQ for all data related queries and reporting
- Responsible for vendor onboarding, vendor due diligence and risk assessment on PartnerUp tool; act as SPOC to coordinate with PR HQ
- Introduction and implementation of new digital solutions
- Working with the Head of Procurement on various projects assigned

3-4 years of supply chain or PMO experience, preferably in Procurement
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering or closely related field
