Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with the capability to lead a project in the management of commercial and medical content combined with an omnichannel marketing strategy. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that align with our client's objectives and business goals.
Responsibilities:
-Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
- Lead the project team and facilitate their tasks and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
-Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage a diverse global team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication across different time zones and cultures.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure team cohesion to achieve project objectives efficiently.
-Content Management:
- Oversee the creation process of commercial and medical content, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with client expectations. Ensuring all the required steps of development are completed before delivery of content
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure content meets industry standards and client specifications.
- Knowledge of emails, e-detailers, slide decks, print documents for marketing, and content assets popularly used for HCP communication
-Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Work closely with marketing and production teams to implement an effective omnichannel strategy as per client requirements.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channels to maximize audience engagement and reach.
-Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and expenditures are within approved limits.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
