We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our steel fabrication projects at [PEB Steel Fabrication Company]. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning and design to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of steel fabrication projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, fabrication, erection, and commissioning.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including project engineers, coordinators, supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and take proactive measures to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including material sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee fabrication processes, quality control, and compliance with engineering standards, codes, and specifications to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting, including forecasting, variance analysis, and change order management, to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder updates to keep all parties informed of project status, issues, and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the organization.
- Converting potential leads into sales and liasoning.
