- Develop and manage control budgets and site budgets.
- Supervise the creation of detailed work breakdown structures (WBSs) and work schedules/networks, aligning them with the overall project schedule.
- Monitor project progress closely and take corrective action as needed.
- Manage project scope, including identifying, evaluating, and responding to changes.
- Coordinate with the Civil In-Charge/ Construction Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the timely deployment of manpower, subcontractors and completion of site activities.
- Collaborate with various departments (Fleet/SCM/F&A/Engineering) for the procurement of T&P, materials, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Establish and develop site teams, including hiring, training, and motivating personnel.
- Review and monitor project performance, emphasizing timely completion and cost control.
- Responsible for preparation of weekly/ monthly reports and dashboards and appraise all the stakeholders.
- Collect data on actual costs and conduct output analysis against the budget to identify and address any variances.
- Oversee the preparation of project completion reports, including documenting lessons learned and recommendations for future projects.
Qualification: B.E / B. Tech Chemical/ Mechanical
Experience: 10+ Years
