Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows: Allocation of work / planning of production volumes on daily/weekly/monthly basis. In-charge/Responsible for the entire shop floor-shift. Coordinate with PPC for production planning and execution of the plans. To guide & support Line-supervisors / Line-leader in achieving the targeted production. Responsible for in-house quality. Responsible for safety of the workers & Machinery. Developing system & coordinating for the TQM initiative. Responsible for inventory & stock management. Responsible for productivity improvements. Responsible for labour management & disciplinary issues (Action). Responsible for in-house scrap reduction. Responsible for making sure orders are met on time, that products are of the right quality and that costs are kept as low as possible  Desired Skills and Experience Must have exposure on Assembly Line. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, productive, problem-solving and high performance work teams.
