Major responsibilities and target accomplishments expected of the position are as follows: Allocation of work / planning of production volumes on daily/weekly/monthly basis. In-charge/Responsible for the entire shop floor-shift. Coordinate with PPC for production planning and execution of the plans. To guide & support Line-supervisors / Line-leader in achieving the targeted production. Responsible for in-house quality. Responsible for safety of the workers & Machinery. Developing system & coordinating for the TQM initiative. Responsible for inventory & stock management. Responsible for productivity improvements. Responsible for labour management & disciplinary issues (Action). Responsible for in-house scrap reduction. Responsible for making sure orders are met on time, that products are of the right quality and that costs are kept as low as possible Desired Skills and Experience Must have exposure on Assembly Line. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive, productive, problem-solving and high performance work teams. Ability to communicate effectively with and direct work of respective teams.
