Relevant Project Experience:
- Minimum 5 complete years of experience in Procurement of Goods, Works, Non-consulting services and Consulting services with Knowledge and experience of procurement rules and procedures of Government of India, and experience of procurement in the World Bank funded Project.
- Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, developing terms of reference for procurements, and managing procurement processes.
- Preferable to have experience of working on the World Bank Project
