Any Bachelors/master’s degree from accredited college/university in Engineering
0 to 8 years experienced preferably in Casting, Machining and Electrical commodities.Proficient with SAP or similar ERP systems.Proficient in Vendor Identification, Contract Management, and component development (Castings, Machining and Electrical commodities)Proficient with Supply chain, Purchasing, Inventory and Vendor Management.Aptitude with analytical tools (ex. Excel, Access, and PowerPoint); specific skills should include data mining, pivot tables and data Manipulation.Experience in using Six Sigma/ Lean tools for continuous improvement with strong problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.High motivation, leadership, and influencing skills.Proactive self-starter and change agent & ability to work under stress environment.Cross functional, ability to work on matrix environment, and international team experience.
