Role: Responsible for Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) process, Supplier training and development, Supplier audits , Products inspection and certifications . Responsibility: • Making supplier visits to ensure process control and product quality. • Responsible for incoming goods inspection as per drawings and norms. • Responsible for performing supplier audits and initiating process improvements. • Responsible for counter drawing review and approval. • Responsible for preparing Quality Inspection reports and initiating CAPA with suppliers. • Responsible for inspecting and approving new prototypes with respect to drawings and norms. • Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies. Qualification & Experience level: • Mechanical / Production / Civil engineering/ diploma degree is preferred. • 3-5 years overall experience in Extrusion/Production/Quality of engineering firms, preferably from a similar industry. • Experience in dealing with suppliers and customers.
