Internal Interactions- Other Partner - For collaboration on client requirements- Account Managers - Agree on delivery feasibility, timelines and escalate in case of non-responsive clients.- Legal Leaders - Adhoc basis - for intervening in terms of contract and payments.- Business control SPOC - For understanding the P&L, forecast of business, pricing, and steering the business accordingly.- Finance Team - Resolving escalations regarding invoicing or collections, if need be, commercial negotiations- Business Development - Sharing quotations and rate cards with clients.- MIS Team - Update on recruitment reports, ATS Tools and ABFS reports.- CST - Onboarding and offer letter rolloutsExternal InteractionsCHROs, HR Director & External clients - For understanding the client's needs, for explaining the whole scope and closing the deal.
