Profile:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Ph.D.) in relevant disciplines will be considered an advantage.
- Certifications in Power BI, Data Analysis, or related areas are highly desirable.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in developing, deploying, and managing Power BI solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in data modelling, ETL processes, and SQL.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality business intelligence solutions.
- Develop and optimise complex DAX queries and Power Query M code.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough testing and validation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to implement best practices.
