Required Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., HR, Computer Science, Data Science
2.Demonstrated experience in specific area of digital capability-SAP SuccessFactors HR
3. Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of HR business processes and how enterprise platforms and systems support these processes.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7.Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies, e.g., SF, CPI, SAC, XML, Azure Dev Ops, ALM test tool, Service Now ticketing tool is highly beneficial
7.Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scope
 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

1.     Demonstrable experience in the implementation of SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition modules across various regions of the world
2.     Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
3.     Good knowledge of SAP Employee Central
4.     SuccessFactors Associate Level Certification in Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Administration, Recruiting Marketing and ideally one or more additional modules like PMGM, Compensation, LMS
