Project Management:
• Drive Offshore-Onsite Model, providing regular mentoring and guidance to the team.
• Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules. Prepare necessary presentation
materials for meetings.
• Diagnose and triage problems at various complexity levels, communicating solutions
effectively.
• Ensure projects adhere to agreements and maintain all documentation.
• Communicate, coordinate, and manage escalation of urgent problems with required
teams and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technologies to support and
enhance deliveries, including workflows and incident management.
2. Technical and Management Leadership:
• Act as a Business Liaison between the client and the team.
• Work with the leadership team to manage department-level initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving initiatives to elevate client
experience.
