Nature of Job: To obtain employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, academics for students (impact placement) in all the skill training programs of the Organization across India. To counsel, prepare and enhance hiring potential of students, new graduates into the job market.
II. Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To ensure the placement targets of the skill training centres of the Organization
2. To identify the recruiters/ HR of the MNCs, Companies, Hiring Institutions for the placements of the trained students
3. To coordinate with skill centre team for collecting the profiles of the students and short-list them for the next steps of recruitment by the hiring institutions
4. To create the JDs and support the recruiters and also skill centres and bridge the gap and initiate the interviews
5. To organise sessions to the students for the interview skills and counsel them for attending the interviews
6. To invite and schedule the interviews for the short-listed students at the specified locations
7. To share the feedback of the interview performance to the skill centre SPOCs and the students for the betterment of next interviews
8. To guide and manage a set of reporting team in the execution of the recruitment process – collection of the students’ profiles, short-listing, schedule interviews, recruitment companies’ coordination for organizing the interviews and hire the students
9. To identify new recruitment companies for impact hiring of the trained students
10. To maintain the MIS of the entire execution – students, different levels of interview stages, Recruiters, schedules, offer letters, average salaries, etc.
11. To improve the average salaries of the placed students of each skill centre
12. To conduct the market research for the quality trainings and better placement opportunities to the students
13. Conduct job fairs, drives, melas, mobilization drives, etc.,
14. Corporate relationship s coordination:

16. Training s skill development
17. General management
18. Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and target beneficiaries.
19. Create awareness about the NGO’s programs and initiatives within the
community.
