Supervise the piping erection activities (Fabrication/Erection/Testing/Flushing/
Commissioning) and co-ordinate with contractors for timely completion of work as per
approved FQP, drawing & SOP.
 Organise, coordinate and supervise Piping activities in accordance with the project schedule.
 Manage the completion of all required deliverables including SOW, write-ups, isometrics,
piping plans, tie-in lists and bills of materials.
 Knowledge of erection and alignment of Pumps and cooling system accessories, Cooling
Tower, Soft water plant, Chiller Plant, HVAC Piping, Firefighting Equipment, rotary
equipment, Valves, PRS, Hydraulic Piping, Flushing etc.
 Implement standardized work processes, procedures, system to execute the smooth system
of control
 Basic knowledge of ASME B31.3 above ground piping design.
 Regularly conduct HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and daily jobsite walks.
 Understand the work sequence and ensure that all the work is performed accordingly,
utilising planned resources in an efficient manner.
 Assist the site contractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation and perform the
related inspections.
