Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Helpline Coordinator to join our team. The Helpline Coordinator will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to individuals reaching out to our helpline number seeking drug support services. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the patients/caregivers who will be the callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Helpline Calls
- Responsibly handle incoming calls to the helpline number
- Help patients to login to the application by offering support to scan the QR code
- Explain app platform features to the patient or caregiver and ensure that the information is accurate
- Lead Management:
- Capture caller details and inquiries into the CRM system efficiently and accurately
- Determine the eligibility of callers for drug support services and appropriately document their information
- Coordination with Medical Representatives (MRs):
- Collaborate with MRs to collect patient leads via WhatsApp.
- Ensure prompt and accurate documentation of patient leads into the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support roles or helpline coordinating roles preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare settings is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to work with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software preferred
