Monitor and track open quotes, orders, ensuring timely follow-ups to expedite transactions, thereby achieving business goals.
Manage credit processes and assist in developing customer-specific pricing strategies to align with business potential and maintain competitive positioning.
Identify opportunities to replace competitor products with Festo equivalents, collaborating with the field team to target new business and increase market share.
Suggest value engineering approaches and deliver optimized automation solutions to meet customer needs, enhancing product efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Share knowledge of the latest product offerings and phased-out products with the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with current information for effective customer engagement.
Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence to provide insights that inform strategy and sustain Festo's competitive edge.
Communicate customer requirements accurately and promptly in clear, customer-friendly language.
Demonstrate assertiveness, active listening, patience, and the ability to quickly understand and communicate with external customers regarding product specifications, pricing, service levels, complaints, and logistics at regular intervals.
Take the lead in quickly understanding customer needs and exploring business prospects by motivating and guiding the sales team.
Volunteer to take on tasks that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring prompt order execution with the shortest possible lead time.
