Talent Coordinator The Talent Management program consists of working with the practice groups to support strategies, plan programs and actions that support recruiting, employee onboarding, knowledge transfer, employee development and retention. Our mission is to partner with the delivery teams to achieve success with their clients through talent by: ● Improving speed and quality of hire to maximize revenue ● Handling back office talent responsibilities in order to keep delivery teams focused on delivery ● Being ambassadors of the company to foster relationships to improve attrition We are looking for a talent coordinator to join our growing team. This position will perform the following daily responsibilities: ● Recruiting ○ Ensure job orders are active and up-to-date ○ Facilitate candidate movement (schedule interviews, request & provide feedback, update internal candidate trackers, follow-up for missing information) ○ Assist with loading of candidates to job trackers, as needed ● Onboarding/Hiring ○ Facilitate and monitor candidate and vendor movement from offer to hire (ensure offer extensions, onboarding & setup packages, as well as background & drug screens are completed in timely fashion, follow-up for missing items) ○ Request equipment, as needed ● Post-Hire Activities ● Process talent changes (pay/bill rates, address, terminations, etc.) ● Update internal files Requirements ● You possess 2-5 years experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, or Human Resources (with a HR Generalist or HR Functional Specialty) ● You have earned an undergraduate degree ● You have proven experience working within a large, complex organization ● You show strong attention to detail and follow-up ● Your excellent communication skills include writing with clarity, adapting message for the audience, and listening ● Your exceptional interpersonal skills include the ability to build relationships at all levels ● You have strong self-management skills, and know how to establish priorities and effectively manage time ● You are very team oriented with a focus on team success ● You have a high sense of urgency and experience dealing with high volume ● You must have experience with Google sheets, docs, and mail
