• Direct Procurement shared template rollout support practice as part of Mars Segments Digital Core deployment roadmaps• Collect and analyze segment-specific deployment requirements for S2P Direct procurement, work with MGS/Segment to triage identified gaps and work through theoptions, determine if an S2P shared template could address them or if a local solution will be required, and prepare documentation for DA.• Partner with DT Solution Architects to adjust shared template design if required.• Provide S2P Direct procurement integration, data, and other requirements for Common/Segment EDGE systems to enable successful deployment.• Collaborate with Segment DT to provide expertise and input into interim state design for a given Business Unit, while protecting the consistency of S2P Direct procurement template across Mars enterprise. Segment DT owns interim state design and Segment EDGE systems with respective integration ends of those systems, ET Commercial team owns S4 S2P shared template, Common S2P EDGE systems, and respective ends of those systems integrations.• Manage Segment SIs and other respective 3rd parties to ensure that the S2P Direct procurement shared template has been configured for a specific deployment Unit in alignment with the original design, and provide guidance and support to them toensure consistency.• Own fixing deployment issues for S2P Direct procurement scope in collaboration with the Segment DT, including common/segment EDGE from/to S4 integration SIT, cutover, and nurture problems.Hand On expertise in the following areas:• Template design as Global Deployment, Rollouts, Process optimization and improvements• Configuration for Sourcing and procurement S4 HANA Materials Management• Flexible Approval Workflow Configuration• Data Migration – Master Data, Accounting Data, Cross Application Data, Open Contracts• Creation of Functional Design Documents and Technical Design Documents• API Integration for Analytical reports.
