Validators
Validator has an Incident Management system to correct the mistakes made by TC in Classification, Method of Payment and mistakes in classification made by AVC.
This provides facilities to Validator to acknowledge incidents and to correct class discrepancies generated at lane level. Images/video from Incident capture camera and License plate capture
camera will help Validator to decide the correct class of the vehicle and other validation actions. This enables Validator to:
1. Resolve class discrepancy incidents
2. Approval of Exempt transactions
3. Validation of Violations & Convoy
4. Validation of return trip transactions
5. Validation of Media based transactions
Office Secretary /Document Controller
A document controller is a controller responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by Ops/technical teams, projects or departments.
Office Attendent
An Office Assistant is a professional who oversees clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. They keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed to ensure that the workplace is neat and clean for visitors or clients.
Guest House Care Taker(Cook)
The Guest House Caretaker is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the guest house facilities. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest house ensuring a comfortable and hospitable environment for guests and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
