Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Analysis

   • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
   • Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
   • Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, or BI software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for various stakeholders.

2. MIS Operations & Reporting

   • Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for departments such as finance, operations, sales, and management.
   • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
   • Monitor data quality and rectify discrepancies in collaboration with data entry and other relevant teams.

3. Systems Support & Maintenance

   • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure that data systems function seamlessly and troubleshoot technical issues.
   • Manage user access and permissions for MIS systems, adhering to security protocols.
   • Ensure regular system backups and data recovery procedures are in place and effective.

4. Process Improvement

   • Identify and implement improvements to data management processes.
   • Collaborate with departments to optimize data collection methods and improve reporting accuracy.
   • Provide training and support to other departments on using MIS tools and data systems effectively.

5. Compliance & Security

   • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
   • Implement best practices for data security and integrity.
   • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data responsibly.
