System Management:
Oversee the maintenance and functionality of MIS software and tools.
Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
Present data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an MIS Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Knowledge of database management systems and programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus in data handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in working with large datasets and complex reporting systems.
