 Should have knowledge to prepare lifting protocol for erection.
 Should have knowledge to check vertical alignment of column, trestle of junction
house & conveyor gallery.
 Knowledge about assembly of gallery.
 Proficiency in Pre commissioning checks of conveyor.
 Co-ordinate and supervise construction activities in accordance with schedules,
monitor and review so as to complete the work on time with quality & safety.
 Manage the completion of all required deliverables as per construction schedule.
 Basic knowledge of rotary equipment, erection of structure and equipment alignment.
 Regularly conduct HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and daily job site walks.
 Preparation of Method Statement SOP for structure & equipment erection at Site.
 Regular Follow up with Contractor/vendors for expedite the site Work.
 Understand the work sequence and ensure that all the work is performed
accordingly, utilising planned resources in an efficient manner.
 Assist the site contractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation and perform the
related inspections.
 Review inspection test packages, witness inspection/test as per approved ITPs.
 Ensure submission of all daily progress reports.
 Material Management by planning, tracking & reviewing the material stock.
 Co-ordination with Inter-department and Intra department to expedite the progress.
 Preparation of protocol as per FQP.
 Document Control as per ISO Standard.
 Maintain the proper House- keeping at site with Zero Harm Target.
 Checking of Monthly RA-Bill of Contractors and final bills along with reconciliation.
 Progress Monitoring ( DPR,WPR, Consumption statement, Equipment running Time
etc)
 Knowledge of Structure quality standard & deviations.
 Basic Knowledge of SAP.
