Hands-on work experience on SPM, Jigs, fixtures, and custom machine building.

Good understanding of pneumatics, electrical actuators, and its applications.

Strong knowledge in GD & T, Design for manufacturability (DFM) and Design for assembly (DFA) principles.

Able to design and integrate vision, inspection, and calibrations systems in automation process.

Able to demonstrate and review the designs efficiently with customer centric approach.

In-depth Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials & grades, coatings, and properties.

Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ISO, ANSI, ASME).

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools will be added advantageE
