RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Senior Hospitality Marketing Manager to develop monthly content calendar to calendar to align communications, offers, social media and email marketing strategies
- Support sale teams in developing collateral and market specific strategies for weddings, social, entertainment, leisure, and corporate.
- Manage email marketing across customer journey, including transactional and promotional campaigns
- Communicate monthly offers and property happenings to social media agency to align content strategy across marketing channels.
- Support OPUS team with basic website updates as needed
- Work with restaurant team to identify and create unique cross promotional activities to elevate awareness and support goals for both businesses
- Work with PR agency to support PR initiatives for the property and, as needed with hotel GM, act as point of contact for media hosting
- Work with OPUS team to develop & execute unique guest experience activations and events that elevate and differentiate the brand
Level Hotels & Furnished Suites
- Support sale teams in developing collateral and market specific strategies for social, entertainment, leisure, and corporate
- Support operations in developing collateral to enhance the guest experience and ensure consistent brand communications
- Support Hospitality marketing team as required
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business admin, hospitality, or equivalent is required
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry
- Strong marketing skills is required
- Ability to conduct market research to better understand customer preferences, and competitive landscape
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
